Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

After the investment of time needed on the first and second visits, many patients become concerned that every visit will be of equal length.

In a word: no. We schedule appointments 30 minutes apart, so that we many better serve you, but we are mindful if you are on a tight schedule.

A typical visit begins with you relaxing on the table for a few minutes. Dr. Jill will come in, assess you, and perhaps put heat (or ice, if it’s needed) on you. For 10 relaxing minutes, you have nothing to do but just “BE.” Then she reassesses you with a mini-massage (which can feel really good):  circulating the blood — taking the toxins away from your stressed muscles and re-energizing your cells with nutrients. The actual adjustment only takes a few minutes, but Dr. Jill understands that in order for you to heal, your body needs down time.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and we can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.
